This dissertation investigates the barriers faced by an omnivorous consumer market when considering vegan food and explores the cultural and psychological influencers of these obstacles. The research project aimed to discover if graphic design strategies used within plant-based packaging can raise the appeal of this type of food which can benefit both the environment and consumer health.
